Things that are a little hard to explain

The music starts blaring at about the 40 second mark of this video, which was taken in the tavern by our security camera in 2020.  Watch the lights move along with the music.  The music systems were turned off for the night and  the music blared loud enough at about 3am to wake people up in the rooms above the tavern.  This song is Rihanna - Love on the Brain.   The song started from the beginning with the lyrics:
